Crisis Communications Plan Training

Our Crisis Communications training sessions help clients prepare a detailed action plan so they can think clearly and act quickly when the unthinkable happens. Sessions cover how to put a step-by-step plan in writing and make it readily available to all pertinent parties, how to manage communication contact lists, how to designate spokespersons and urgently determine what information to make available to stakeholders, the media and the community.
